The Road to the CO
The construction industry is bigger than ever, and there are plenty of companies who are happy to build a building for you. However, after more than 28 years in the business, the Brown Building Corporation Team knows that a successful project is much, much more than just having a completed building.
The most important step in any construction project is obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy (CO), which is the document that lets you start using your new building. These days, 90 percent or more of the builders out there don't know all the pitfalls that come up on the Road to the CO. That's where we excel. We know where the Road to the CO can get off track, and we maintain focus on the CO in everything we do.
Our experience lets us identify potential challenges and roadblocks early in the process, and tap into long-standing relationships to create solutions that are win-win for all involved.
