Where do you build projects?

We are based in Virginia Beach, Va and regularly work on projects throughout Virginia and in West Virginia, Washington, Maryland, Delaware, North Carolina and South Carolina. We are large enough to handle multiple projects in the Mid-Atantic region, and small enough to ensure your project gets personal attention and hands-on management.  Our clients never feel like they are a number.

What do you do best?

Meet deadlines!  We will get you to your Certificate of Occupancy (CO).  Everything we do will focus on this goal.  We know, ‘the end begins at the beginning’.  This is the standard that we use to measure every projects success.  If you want to open your project on time, call us now so we can get started on your objectives.

How much of your business is from repeat clients?

What if I need design work?

Contact us.  We have an in-house Architect who can take your hand sketch drawing and turn it into reality. Our experiences range from complete new building design to tenant build-out spaces. 

Are there projects you will not build?

If we are approached with a project that we feel is not within our full capabilities we will recommend to you options that can be beneficial to your goals.  We have made many friends over the past 25 years and some are our competitors.  We have and will join forces to accomplish your goals.   With your goal in mind Brown Building Corporation, and its dedicated management teams, will make sure your project is off the ground and on its way to CO.
